We are an independent, third-party provider of technical support, bookkeeping, and accounting assistance for users of Sage 50 Accounting Software. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Sage Group plc or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. “Sage” and “Sage 50” are trademarks of their respective owners and are used on this Site solely for identification and descriptive purposes, in accordance with our Trademark Disclaimer.

4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent to use our Services.
5. Remote Access and Client Responsibilities
Certain Services require you to grant us temporary remote access to your computer, network, or Sage 50 company file. By requesting such Services, you represent that:
- You are authorized to grant such access (e.g., you own the device/data or have permission from the business owner);
- You have performed reasonable backups of your data prior to the engagement;
- You will provide accurate information about your system and issue to help us assist you effectively.
We are not responsible for pre-existing data corruption, hardware failure, or issues arising from your failure to maintain adequate backups prior to engaging our Services.
6. Payment Terms
- Fees for Services are as set out on our Pricing page or as otherwise quoted to you directly.
- Payment is due at the time specified during purchase or invoicing.
- We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; changes will not affect Services already paid for.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of ongoing Services.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we make reasonable efforts to resolve technical and accounting issues, we do not guarantee that any specific issue will be fully resolved, that data can always be recovered, or that our Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any advice, blog content, or guidance provided on the Site, which is offered for general informational purposes only and should not be treated as a substitute for professional accounting, legal, or tax advice specific to your situation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sage 50 Help and its officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim in the preceding 3 or 6 months.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

We will treat any company files, financial data, or personal information accessed in the course of providing Services as confidential, and will use it solely for the purpose of delivering the requested Services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
